Sharp was a student of clarinet, keyboard, and cello in the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. She received a full award towards The Boston Conservatory for her love of school theatre. Cum Laude, where she earned the B.F.A. at the Conservatory, Sharp set her goals for the stage. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel as well as debuted Off Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the comedy that was interactive, Eat the Runt, she played eight characters. Other theatre performances include: Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp read alongside writer August Wilson himself. Sharp is developing several new projects, including screenplays and productions. An entire recording is in the works. She also performs. Sharp is an exercise enthusiast who enjoys boxing as well as study Krav Maga. When not being in front or behind of the camera, or capturing music in studio Sharp enjoys long, road trips, playing the piano, and taking hikes. Sharp lives with her family, including her husband in Los Angeles.
