Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. She was one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take the time off from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years setting new goals. She also won four fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel took 6 years to finish her education when she earned the Pro Card. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and was crowned sixth place within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of the result. She was up against the very best. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs with a single arm on a pull-up machine and the seated rows. She usually warms up first before moving on to the work outs. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
